Join Her.HQ & Bumble BFF at The Refuge Meditation on Tuesday, 5/28 for a Midweek Chill session. In honor of National Mental Health Awareness month, we’ve partnered with The Refuge for fresh meditation, healing reiki and a therapeutic stretch session to release the resistance held within our mind and body. Come because you're seeking some kindness + cleansing, leave feeling like you've received and are ready to radiate!

Mats and post-class refreshments will be provided. Come to chill, and we’ll take care of the rest.

About the class : Bring your most creative practice to the mat with 60 minutes of reiki + stretch with one of our passionate reiki master yoga + meditation guides.  This healing class brings you into a place to be who you are right now, deeply stretching and releasing resistance held within the body. Expect to make emotional magic happen and leave feeling elevated + refreshed.
