Q: What are your hours of operation? 

Her.HQ is staffed Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm. However, members have access to the space Monday-Sunday from 6am-10pm with their access card.

Q: What is the cost of membership?

 Membership cost varies by membership level. Her.HQ currently offers four membership levels:

-        Good Company (Community): $75/mo

-        All Access (Shared Space): $185/mo

-        Her Desk (Dedicated Desk): $375/mo

-        Privacy Please (Private Office): starting at $900/mo

Membership requires a 3-month commitment to ensure members experience the full benefits of the Her.HQ community and workspace. Members who elect an annual commitment will receive a 10% savings on membership dues.

Q: Is parking free?

Her.HQ has a small parking lot located at the side entrance, and convenient curbside parking at the front entrance. All parking is first come, first serve, and included with membership.

Q: What does my membership include?

 Community Membership

  • Access to all Her.HQ events and programming

    • Her.HQ will occasionally host third party events, open to the public. In this case, members will receive a discount and an early invitation to register.

  • Two (2) day passes per month to use at your leisure

  • Two (2) conference room credits per month (1 credit = 1 hour)

    • 50% discount on additional conference room bookings.

  • One (1) guest day pass per month to share with friends or non-members. The guest day pass includes access to the space with or without the member present.

  • Perks, freebies and discounts from our list of curated brand partners.

 

All Access, Her Desk, Privacy Please

  • Access to all Her.HQ events and programming, free of charge.

    • Her.HQ will sometimes host third party events, open to the public. In this case, members will receive a discount on these experiences and first access to RSVP.

  • Two (2) guest passes per month to share with friends or non-members. The guest pass includes access to the space with or without the member present.

  • 5-10 conference room credits per month, depending on membership level (1 credit = 1 hours)

    • 50% discount on additional conference room bookings.

Q: How many conference rooms does Her.HQ offer? Are conference room rentals included with membership?

Her.HQ has three bookable conference rooms onsite. All members receive a set number of monthly credits per month (1 credit = 1 hour). Members may also purchase additional credits at a discounted rate.

-        Small conference room, ground floor: Seats 8-10; TV + whiteboards

o  Non-member rate: $75/hr

o   Member rate: $37.50/hr

-        Small conference room, mezzanine: Seats 8-10; TV + whiteboards

o   Non-member rate: $75/hr

o   Member rate: $37.50/hr

-        Large conference room, ground floor: Seats 10-12; TV + whiteboards

o   Non-member rate: $100/hr

o   Member rate: $50/hr

Q: What sort of programming does Her.HQ offer?

Her.HQ events and programming are designed for today’s woman, with a focus on health and wellness, creative exploration and career advancement.
